Support Coach

Part-Time or Full-Time | $23.00 / Hour

We are looking for dedicated Support Coaches to join our team, assisting individuals in their homes and communities. Key responsibilities include skill-building, medication support, schedule and money management, health and wellness assistance, documentation, and adherence to deadlines. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid California Driver’s License, scheduling flexibility, and access to a vehicle for transporting participants.
